We are writing to commend you for the extraordinary service you provided us, moving some furniture and a baby grand piano to Toronto from Montreal. Starting with the initial phone call, I was made to feel comfortable and confident that I had made the right choice for movers and that all information I was being given was accurate.
When the items were picked up the baby grand piano was packed and treated like the finest crystal by very courteous employees.
At the delivery end, the two men who unloaded the furniture and re-assembled the piano were amazing and very respectful of the fragile nature of a baby grand piano. Despite the long distance move, the piano arrived in exactly the same shape as when it left Montreal. I was charged the estimated price, to-the-penny, and all charges were clearly explained to me in advance as well as shown on the invoice.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks for a reference.
